Shipping Cost:
All orders are shipped free of charge, regardless of order value or size. There are no additional fees for split shipments.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the Braba Store website or directly on the carrier’s tracking portal.

Product Condition:
Returns are accepted only for items that are in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products will not be accepted for returns unless there is a defect or an error in shipping.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return has been approved by Braba Store customer service.

Split Shipments:
Due to working with multiple suppliers, some orders may be shipped in separate packages. There are no additional costs for split shipments, and all packages will include tracking information.
